Beyond Sausage Brats Review

Before becoming vegan, brats weren’t really my thing. They were always too dry or I didn’t like the flavor. I would always choose a hotdog or hamburger over a brat, so it was a huge surprise to me when we tried these Beyond Sausage Brats and I loved them! They’re delicious, flavorful, and moist, and just as easy to cook as a traditional brat. They’re mainly made of pea protein, and they’re gluten-free, soy-free, and kosher.

Our favorite way to eat Beyond Sausage Brats is grilling them and then throwing them on a Pretzilla Sausage Bun with some stone ground mustard and Bubbies sauerkraut. We’ve also used them in a couple of non-traditional ways - slicing them into rounds, browning them in a pan, and tossing them with some pasta, and cooking them in oil fondue, then dipping them in mustard. Both ways are also really delicious!
